Oolacile’s Destruction

The story of Oolacile from Dark Souls explores an ancient land known for its unique, light-based golden sorceries. Tricked by the primordial serpent Darkstalker Kaathe, Oolacile's sorcerers awoke Manus, a primeval human. Driven mad by the loss of his precious pendant, Manus unleashed the Abyss, corrupting the land and its people. This led to the tragic death of Knight Artorias, who failed to stop the Abyss, leaving Oolacile to fall into ruin.
